Our Jebel Ali facility is equipped with necessary tools & equipment and a highly experienced technical and support team providing a complete range of valve management process & solution. ? Maintenance / refurbishment and testing of all types of valves, both in-house & in-situ. ? Valve pressure testing capability; hydrostatically, pneumatically and submerged gas test (at low & high pressures), in accordance to the latest edition of applicable international standards such as API 598, API 527 RP, ANSI FCI-70-2, API 6D, BS EN12266-1, API 6A, etc. Our current pressure testing capabilities :- a) Hydrostatic testing up to 15,000 p.s.i.g. b) Pneumatic testing (Nitrogen) up to 6,000 p.s.i.g. c) Submerged Gas testing up to 6,000 p.s.i.g. ? Conducting online leak detection survey of valves installed in your plant using Score’s Midas Touch Acoustic Online Leak Detector. ? Score offers a comprehensive PSV Management services and PSV register. This allows bench marking to be carried out and from there based on the significant historical data & statistics, the re-certification period can be proposed for change.
